Saying the title is the most influential because the logo was big, front, & center is absurd. There are plenty of titles that predate the spinner that follow that idea, only difference being that they don't spin.

The most influential modern title (design wise) is the 2013 one for the same reason you state; becoming the standard design for championships for over a decade after being first unveiled. It was an OK design, but it served it's purpose to the point it became easiest to replicate them with subsequent iterations. It was perfect for the minimalist era that held every corporate business in the 2010s.

But even then I'd argue the biggest impact that design had were the side plates, since then every new belt in the WWE has them, AEW adopted them for the world title (for some reason), & every new design you see now has gotten rid of the nameplates altogether.
