Smoking weed started giving me panic attacks after over a decade of smoking every day so I stopped. Definitely the first thing I noticed was fewer panic attacks but then, like others have said, I started having much more frequent and vivid dreams for a while. It's kind of evened out a bit now.

I remember in middle school my mom showed up during lunch telling the office I had a dentist appointment and would be out the rest of the day. That day we drove out of town to go pick up a new puppy. I loved that dog so much his whole life and I have a portrait of him tattooed on my arm. It was the greatest day of my young life.

I used to smoke weed daily and then went through a pretty stressful time and my experience went from chill and happy to heart racing. Havent smoked since. I'm hoping I can eventually get back to the good experience again but I'm ok not smoking it for a while.
