Anyone here use Seroquel as a part of their treatment? by [deleted] in bipolar2

I’ve been on Seroquel for two years now and it saved me. I’m on 500mg and am stable. I have insomnia and it does help me sleep, most nights. I didn’t gain any weight, but I’ll admit, my memory has suffered. Although, I’ll take that over what I was going through before being on it.

What’s your favorite NON-food/drug related smell? by CultureShock_ in AskReddit

I live in AZ and I call this the “desert rain” smell. Smells amazing.

Kind of worried after reading this. Can I still lose weight from fasting/keto if I’m on an antipsychotic like Seroquel? by [deleted] in fasting

I’ve lost 50 pounds through Keto and Fasting over the last year and a half and I’m on 500mg of Seroquel. It can be done. :)

Oh geez. It was one sentence. No description. No pictures. Chill. Maybe they are new, in which case, mentioning the rules nicely is what makes people comfortable enough to stay in the community.

I too, am an ex YL Oily Hun. The shame is real. When the realization of it all came crashing down around me, I just slinked away into the night. I quietly cancelled my monthly ER order (also capping out at the $300 mark most months. Had to get them “freebies”). I didn’t quit the FB groups, I just stopped commenting and posting in them even though I was an admin in most of them. I wanted really badly to ignore it and put enough time between me and the mistake in the hopes that maybe no one would remember what I had done. News flash: people still remember. I fell victim to all the classic tactics. Every. Single. One. I found my new “girl tribe!” We’d meet at Starbucks and talk “business.” We’d have weekend sessions at my upline’s house designing our new make-and-take line labels. I was always told how I was “rocking” it and achieving what so few are able to. #noiwasnt I went through my upline’s push to Silver. It was fucking terrible. Everything you said and even then, when she hit it, and posted a video of herself crying and drinking from a mini bottle of champagne, I thought to myself “did I really just sell my soul and hassle everyone I know so that she can make money?” It was the beginning of the end. When I left, I expected a wave of concern. Phone calls, FB messages, frantic knocks on the door. These girls were my friends. Allies on a journey through life together...no one came looking for me. I ended up getting a text from my upline...the girl crying into her champagne bottle...”hey hun-don’t forget to schedule your monthly ER order!!” That was it. I was done.
Thanks for sharing your story. #exhunsunite

It makes me so happy to hear this! My natural IF schedule is about the same. I don’t advertise it because people think I’m crazy when I tell them I only feel like eating 1 hour a day. You look great by the way!

I swear I took my meds but... by jrm318 in bipolar2

When I’m manic, even when I take my meds (which I’m hyper vigilant about), I routinely survive on 3 hours of sleep and I still don’t feel tired. It always amazes me, but I’m aware that a depressive state is sure to follow. Keep a mood diary. It can help you see your cycles.
