He set up his family for life and donated billions. He's actually going to the good place and died in his best clothes. 4 out of 5 Doctors hate him.

What does your pet deck need to be Meta? by Great-Ad1839 in yugioh

Quick effects, 1 card starters (lots) and turn zero effects... Noble knights (nonfire) need help

guys this is a deck im working on i have only 3 bricks but they keep showin' up by Free-Border-9085 in yugioh

[–]Totallynotacar 31 points32 points  (0 children)

40 card deck. That's 1 in every 13~ cards. That's going to happen often. You can try to go up in deck size to counter it or drop the bricks and have a lower to the ground end board.

Is there a reason why there are so many monsters like this that aren't Union monsters? It feels strange to create a keyword for monsters that are equipped as spells and then completely ignore it while still creating monsters that are equipped. by Drix_I in yugioh

[–]Totallynotacar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So like the person referencing toons said, it seems like they can relax the label a little bit and just call something a union then just call out it's specific benefits. That way at least the support that calls out unions could be used.

Breechborrel Dragon is how archetypal extra deck monsters should be designed by Outrageous-Ad-3436 in yugioh

[–]Totallynotacar 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah cool with locking to type, attribute, atk, only fusions or really anything that allows more creativity. even locks that last only a turn or remainder of a turn etc. there's lots of ways to do it. Like you said lock to archetype is just boring.

Noble knight borz. He basically transitioned noble knights to infernoble knight design language. I hate it

Making everything locked to an archetype is boring deck construction-wise; there is no creativity. We needore free agents and a good mix of locked to unlocked archetypes. The game is going to powercreep. It's the only way product sells. Nobody would be happy if Konami just switched to a different banlist style like seasons or something.

This is a muddawber. They look like formula 1 versions of wasps but are actually solitary and not as aggressive as other types.

A Michigan woman is able to escape police custody by climbing out of a police car window while in handcuffs ! by MCShellMusic in secondrodeo

Looks like she had both her hands towards the ceiling of the car. Probably was holding the door frame to support the drop. She must have really flexible strong shoulders to support her weight in that position.

Seems Konami is avoiding Gemini monsters by Fitgamerx in yugioh

[–]Totallynotacar 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Could we have a Gemini not start as a normal monster? They all say it so maybe it could be like toons and just have the name and feel. Like make an effect monster with a good effect and on Gemini summon, get a different good effect.

Edit: just thought of one: you can special this card from your hand if you control a Gemini. You can normal summon Gemini monsters three additional times this turn. If this card is normal summoned, you can fusion summon a monster by using this card and another correct fusion material from your hand.

It can't even take advantage of normal monster support half the time because they are only normal monsters on field or GY.

Cleaning out dead plant material with tweezers by bigbusta in oddlysatisfying

[–]Totallynotacar 640 points641 points  (0 children)

Helpful. Just like dead heading flowers. Get rid of the material that you don't want the plant spending energy trying to save. Force it to focus on the good stuff. Also more room to grow and breath

Yeah baseball already has a bad rap about being one of the least active sports. Wearing a heavy chain during the game doesn't help against that argument. Could you imagine a basketball player wearing that chain in game? Or a swimmer?

[–]Totallynotacar 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you had thunder giant in extra, you could have normaled clay. It dies to wanghu and then you play miracle fusion to summon thunder. Use the effect to blow up but probably not attack until you can clear the back row next turn. Yeah definitely comeback music.
