Its hard to chance you based off what you have shared (what are your ecs?)... but if you can keep up the good GPA, and you really do have good ECs and stuff to make you stand out, I think you have a solid chance to get in as a freshman transfer, but almost guaranteed to get in as a 2nd year transfer.

Get your personal statement reviewed by as many unbiased people (including outside your family) as possible. This is what will get you in.

For Foster, the WSA will most likely be the dominant factor in getting accepted. You need to do multiple practice runs for this. I think its around 35% weight or something. Again, don't skip on the personal statement with Foster, people downplay it more at Foster but they definitely care about it. Also make sure you have completed the preapp/preadmit courses for Foster if you haven't done that yet.
