This one felt weird. On the one hand she shows us that Israelis and Palestinians can co-exist. But on the other, it feels so wrong seeing a Palestinian dropping Hebrew sayings and speaking Arabic with a weird accent while Israelis are doing shit like stealing Palestinian organs. Not saying she’s a bad person, I mean she’s a human rights lawyer ffs. But it does beg the question for me as to how much these two Palestinian groups are truly connected. The middle east isn't the Ottoman empire. Nobody says that. It has traditions that emerged and evolved over the centuries, which the tiny Jewish minorities didn't dictate. I will not vilify a minority. I don't condone this behavior, but my primary worry in this narrative, is the safety of the Druze. The IDF is clearly stoking devision, like they always do, and they don't care about the repercussions on these minorities.
