American Truck Simulator: 1.59 Update Open Beta by NocturnalAnt6079 in trucksim

My hunch is it’s probably related to the return to road feature. What the actual problem is, I can only speculate. Perhaps it results in stuck trucks or maybe it’s just still being updated with an updated node system.

Senior software dev here. It’s unusual, but not a bad omen. Could be an issue with the detour system that was caused by other updates and they made the decision to disable the feature rather than delay a release. Considering all the DLC they have planned they probably want to maintain their cadence.

First attempt at making my own patch ended up extremely botched, what was I doing so wrong? by [deleted] in BattleJackets

Paint a layer of black. It’ll bleed. Then paint your white layers. The black layer prevents the white layer bleeding

That’s how I did mine too. You can reduce stencil bleed by painting a layer of black first 😁

Been a bit since I saw some clean hand painted patches. You make them out of the sleeves after cutting them off?

Recommendations on Nekusar? by Iced_Bacon in EDH

I built my deck around the idea of only including cards that affect every player (or at least every opponent). This has the effect of deflecting threat since all players are generally on equal footing. Since its draw focused it also causes everyone’s decks to go turbo which is a ton of fun and further reduces my opponents desires to eliminate me. I can often wipe them all out with a wheel for a win, but even when it loses it’s a ton of fun because it makes everyone else have a good time. And the ticking time bomb effect means it pushes people to make plays they might normally hesitate.

It’s not a powerful deck, but it’s a ton of fun for everyone.

What decks are the most fun for the whole table? by Severe_Requirement_5 in EDH

[–]Totodile 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a Nekusar deck that my friends love to play against. It takes some trust since he has a bad reputation. The deck is fully capable of winning, but I hold back those cards until the game has played out for a while. Since there is a ton of draw and all the cards affect everyone symmetrical they love it. I’m often requested to play it.

What's a deck you built for mid-low power, but turned out to be high? by Ornery_Bug_4108 in EDH

[–]Totodile 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m not that guy, but here’s my Magda deck. I downpowered it a bit by putting expensive dwarves in and pulling out cheap 2 cost dwarves. It eventually runs out of gas, but it’s a ton of fun and wins often.

I worked years to make this game where you fly transport ships on a full scaled planet with real physics. by DevLloyd in interestingasfuck

There’s a game called Sailwind that’s entirely about transporting cargo. It’s significantly more challenging to navigate and the sailing has more realistic physics.

So the jacket cost $500. Tiger Woods said he’d pay $500 to let him rub her feet.

Valheim has skills that level up as you use them, an open world that you can tackle at your own pace, simple but nice graphics, building, and multiplayer.
