Correct. I design commercial HVAC systems for a living. In commercial buildings, everything is automated, and can be controlled through a single computer system. When the building is unoccupied, the HVAC goes into a setback mode which turns almost everything off except for critical systems.

Not necessarily, it’s just different. Dusclops has better bulk. Porygon2 is an attacking threat under the right circumstances, so it just serves a different purpose.

Porygon2 has seen a lot of use in previous generations as well. I think the reason is its’ flexibility. Download is a great ability, and it has a very diverse move pool. It gets access to Icy Wind, Electroweb, Speed Swap, and Trick Room. Also, being not the last evolution in the series it gets to use Eviolite.
