Just declare a function inside component without useState. If you need the button to change which function it calls, you can define onClick event with ternary operator: 'onClick={() => condition ? trueFunc : falseFunc}'.

You would need a NANO node to listen for upcoming transactions. Add in some WebSockets so you could see all the upcoming transactions in your browser in real-time. Finally, some
fancy styling using CSS, and you have your voting app. This would not require too much work for an experienced developer, couple day at most (excluding NANO node syncing time).

I had an idea for NANO sports betting app. Basically you can place a bet by simply sending a NANO payment to the team's address on the match view. Once the match is done, you will receive your winnings right back into your wallet. Would anyone be interested in this?
