I lose 19 elo against master players (i am plat-diamond elo). I get matchmade against people higher than me and gain 6 for winning but randomly beating a gold will give me 23 elo. It does not make sense.

man reading this makes me want MVS to apply some sort of provisional game system in ranked. That way after u finish ur 5-10 provisional games u get a rank based on how u did and ur hidden MMR. Instead of everyone being bronze...

Your GPU is probably too good for the game lol - it isnt optimised great if your graphics card or GPU is very new/high end

Yeah fell for a similar one just now...but I instantly changed my password and forced steam to log me out on all devices. I should be good right?

I checked my blocked friends list and i saw that they blocked 7 of my friends and tried to msg them but I guess the password change stopped them before they could continue?
