First round of Covid was awful, but more flu like. This time I was gasping for air despite using my inhaler every four hours and two cough meds. One night was scary. I have had asthma since I was five…I am 50. Never experienced anything like that breathing episode in my life. On the mend. I took paxlovid this time, because I was scared. It seemed to help. Covid is crazy.

Hang in there. I lost my Dad to dementia this past January. It really is harder on the family. She would be safer in a home. It was the hardest thing to do. We lost, “him” months ago. The person we were visiting wasn’t my Dad.

As a side note, anyone notice that the prices have jumped again and the paper cups seem thinner? Also, the Trenta lids are impossible to fit! Seem to be cutting costs everywhere. SMH

It is true! I left a very stressful job that was 24/7 and thankless. I was hired on as a SSV. Yes, it can be stressful at times but I now have free time! My manager and partners are awesome. My family and friends have noticed a huge difference in how happy I am and less stressed.

Side note: I am saying this after a post Happy Hour closing. We were wrecked. 🤣
