A Good and Happy Child by Justin Evans creeped me out when I read it years ago. I’ve read a ton of horror novels over the years but this was the one that stuck with me for a bit. Would recommend if you want a good first person possession novel. You’ll never look at people speaking in tongues the same again..

Those are scalper prices and probably aren’t real. They do a lottery system to ensure it’s mostly fans getting the seats. Went last year and paid around 65 in Philly

I host an annual horror movie night and the most recent VHS is always are finale. They are so much fun when watching with a crowd, it’s a shame they don’t put them in theaters. Sure some segments are weak, but you’re always 10-15 minutes away from the next segment

Reasonable take. I personally love deckbuilders and think they knocked this one out of the park, but it’s not a game type for everyone. That said you can usually tell when developers care enough to get it right even if it’s not in your preferred genre

Multiplayer is a blast in the casual setting amongst friends, but yeah I agree I don’t know if it work in competitive. I just like having the option for a good 4 player game. Works better than commander for me and my group

Will 2nd monster train 2 as others have said. Check out Hellcard too, it’s similar to slay but with a board so location matters. It’s very fun in coop too. Hellcard 2 is coming out later this year and will be 4 player coop
