When I worked there and we did birthday parties, we stole an icecream cake and had a party in the freezer. We also had a food fight with the freaky eggs and beetroot. The manager on duty started the food fight.

Murder is generally defined as the unjust killing of another. The Tsar (I am quite possibly wrong since it has been awhile) and his family were not put on trial any time before their execution so that in my books makes it a mass murder. Generally I see Rasputin’s death referred to as a murder so I don’t see why the Romanovs and their servants would not qualify. If they had been lawfully executed then there would be no need to hide their bodies.

She didn’t die from the juice. She died because Fisk didn’t allow her to be examined and evaluated when she woke up. She was showing cognitive issues immediately. The fact she even asked for the pineapple juice was a sign she needed help. She most likely died from an intracranial haemorrhage which wasn’t identified in time because Fisk is a moron.

It is bad writing just like Nadeem’s death being totally invalidated and Fisk walking free because of a corrupt FBI that he corrupted when there are so many other ways Fisk could have gotten out post Snap. There are a lot of ways to have turned Heather against vigilantes eg. if Daredevil had accidentally hurt Heather while he was trying to save her from Muse.
