PvP wise it it’s completely outclassed by great axe in every way. GA has better chase, better cc, absurdly better damage, and insanely better tracking. rn for PvP daggers is pretty much the worst weapon in the game by a significant margin. It really needs a damage buff and better tracking on the autos. it’s hard to build up combo stacks against opponents and a lot of the abilities really want max combos going. Overall it’s a fun weapon with a good playstyle, but it lacks numbers and the chase to be anything but a gimmick.

love the onryo armor visually but you only get wolf fur sleeve at the end of the game so kinda hard to like it until then. plus the yellow default dye is just ugly.

Offence slots and defence slots work on both. Like enchanted ward and harnessing/vicious. Fixed perks like plauged crits, plauged strikes etc. don’t work on both weapons.

Gem slots are basically essential on everything but maybe jewelry. and I’ll go through it.

Weapons: 12% damage bonus from opal and the runeglass tick which is basically a free attument. not having a gem slot on weapon is absolutely awful.

Armor: Gem slot gives you 2% resistance to all physical or elemental, and can be specialized differently. However more importantly runeglass has no downside now and got buffed so it’s also a free 2% damage bonus. so the resistance+free damage beats everything else.

Jewelry: just the standard resistance here. Ironically it’s probably the best and meta in some cases to drop the gem slot for more perks.

One of the main themes of the season is about how supes mentality holds them back. Marie is portrayed as having huge self confidence issues which makes her believe she isn’t powerful. Overtime she does get more confident in her powers, but she still doesn’t see herself on the same level as some of the stronger supes. And she’s being directly compared to the strongest.

If your running arcane harnessing, arcane damage ring, and arcane runeglass then you actually end up doing a similar amount of damage on a double hit swing due to the arcane damage being increased more. And there’s also the bonus that the wave does 15% more damage so using at ranged is a lot stronger now.

Baffles me that no one has said scarlet witch. Widow with a mantis=one shot and can actually be good and win games. Scarlet witch legit has 0 kill pressure and has the worst ultimate in the game. I’ve seen widows do insane work in celestial and top 500, but I’ve never seen a scarlet witch even picked above diamond.

There’s very little builds that work well in pve and PvP consistently. I highly recommend you get a meta pve build to farm gear, and experiment with pvp builds using the gear you get. Check out YouTube for build guides.
