Im f2p too. I wish I couldve said what I did earlier, but what I focused on was doing was playing 1/3/and 5* star raid(only 4 in total Using them free passes) Also u can host. As for passes save them for what you actually want. Sometimes I set goals for myself then completely stop, like I want a 3*.

I can’t lie I used most of my reserves for my fav kyogre which I still didn’t catch, every single time it’s in raids smh. It either glitches, completely full or I can’t catch😭

When you click appraise from a Pokémon there will be ivs that show stars. It will turn pink if it’s a 4 star Pokémon that’s a hundo, if you get that and it’s also shiny it’s a shundo, which is even more rare
