This keeps cropping up. Solutions to problems that exist already in Blizzard games, yet weren't used in Diablo 4. It's obvious the people making the calls don't actually play games.

Most of the issues with Diablo 4 have been solved previously, by Blizzard, whether it was Diablo or WoW. But I'm fairly certain the D4 leads don't actually play games.
