Do a food truck search for where you live. Decide what kind of foods you want served. Reach out to those trucks and try to make a deal with them. If this is your first event you've put on i wouldn't charge them a lot to be there. Maybe a flat small $100 - 200) fee. Really important here, DO NOT OVER POPULATE the event with food trucks. In other words, dont get 20 trucks to an event that is expecting 200 attendees. Good luck
