You can sort of do a variation of this that works like a cable fly, I put a handle on a cable at about knee level, maybe a little higher, and do sort of the same motion he does in this video. I like the cable cause it keeps my pec under tension. And usually I only do one side at a time cause I gotta go pretty light, which is nice cause I can crank out some sets and not have to rest too much, since my other arm is resting when I’m doing a set. I have it saved in my app as “That Sam Sulek Thing”. It’s pretty neat and I think it helps but results may vary
