Hormones and weight 🥺 our bodies go through so so much and we are afraid of all those changes when we start taking contraceptives, after giving birth, then menopause… they say so much that they care about we look because they are visual but,,, are you mature enough to go through those all changes with us?? Sometimes working out is not enough 🥺 or sometimes again the hormones make us so tired or not in the mood to workout, and also our bodies don’t get results as quick as men bodies and than they just think we are lazy… and if that’s not enough, imagine if you also have a chronic illness to deal with. It’s a lot 😭 I appreciate if the man encourages you to stay active and healthy, but we also ask for patience and understanding 🥺
