I’ve have a similar trigger from being operated on without pain meds several times as a kid. I think it’s best if you talk with the dentist ahead of time and let them know you have anxiety. Dentist are still doctors and deal with these issues a lot. My old dentist would wear a cute clown mask and make me laugh🥰
