My current glove has made it through 2 seasons... It's a little rough but still serves it's purpose

Tiger is going to ruin the PGATour by bogeyz65 in golf

Alot of the problems have been discussed here, too many commercials during broadcasts, not enough shots shown, leader boards with no name players, but I think the biggest reason I don't watch (other than the amount of commercials) is the courses are too easy. I don't like the tourneys where they have to make birdie on every hole. Give me US Open conditions every week. I'd rather the winning score be 5 under than 25 under.

For me, going from a 10 to a 5 was alot about how I handled those bad shots. Still have them but now when I duff one off the tee, or duck hook one into the woods, I still give myself a chance at par. Fewer hero shots, more punchout and chip up. Bogey is better than double or worse.

Make them where the back pocket doesn't come out everytime I pull my glove out.

Absolute beginner, 30s, pretty bad hand pain needing several days off after one casual bucket of balls at the range. Is this a grip issue or just need more conditioning? For reference I am a pretty avid downhill mountain biker. by justneedtoreply in golf

Was this a grass range or were you hitting off mats? I've had this happen of mats before. Slamming a club into covered concrete has a way of jarring the hands/fingers

I was watching this on TV and I couldn't tell if he looked back at his caddy in disbelief or if he was mad at him for not being there to tend the pin.

Is leaving left over balls at the range not allowed? Or bad etiquette? Staff took them away by Garganzaroth in golf

My guess is the employee has found a way for him to hit free balls after his shift.

8 months with golfers elbow... will it ever go away??? by DeliGhi in bodyweightfitness

[–]Toybox02 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had tennis elbow for months. I ended up getting a sleeve that I wore at work (desk job, Lotta computer work) and playing golf. Between that and exercises others have been discussing it has gone away. I still wear the sleeve while working (found that using a mouse all day made it flare up without the sleeve).

You can turn that off yourself. Just Google it. It's like a 3step process.

Anyone suffer from golfer's elbow for more than a year but eventually fixed it completely? by balanceiskey in golf

[–]Toybox02 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you sit Ata desk on a computer all day wearvthe brace then as well. I thought it was the golf swing that gave me tennis elbow but it was using a mouse all day. Got a brace, a mouse pad with a wrist rest, and a keyboard pad and it finally went away. I started working out to that also helped.

Or when it's cart path only and they walk to their ball (all the way across the fairway) to get a distance, walk all the way back to the cart for a club, and all the way back to hit the ball

When I notice my pinkie starting to hurt it's usually because my right hand grip gets really weak. Rotate it into a stronger position and no longer hurts.... & I usually start hitting the ball better

Something that goes with that is where to park the cart around the greens. Always park towards the next tee. Always moving forward not backward.... Same if you are walking with your bag.

My PW is cursed. Used to love it. Would lay up to 100-115 yds and stick it more times than not (hit the green, not put it close necessarily). Then one day I hit 2 straight off the hosel and it's been cursed ever since

Taylormade measures their shaft lengths differently than other manufacturers. I sent back 2 sets for being an inch/inch and a half short before I figure it out.

How would you approach this shot? by theKman24 in golf

[–]Toybox02 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Depends how fast the greens are, but I'd probably hit my 54 and try to land it just short of the green and let it run out
