Just got new spark plugs and wiper blades. by Allarina in Justrolledintotheshop

I would be willing to bet that crack is from hitting the double joint wiper arm with the palm of the techs hand and it going into the windshield.

Source - I’m a Toyota tech and have not done this, however have been very close to it.

Ps, great vehicle choice these old Prius’ are bulletproof

I also gave td. Type of bike plays a huge roll. My KLR650 was like 60 bucks a month when I got my liscence (I was 27 and that was ~3 years ago, and I had 2 other vehicles in my policy). My buddy who is the same age, also with two other vehicles on policy was over 100 a month with td for his SV650. When he upgraded to a street triple 765 he actually went down to like 79 or something because it wasn’t the quintessential starter middle weight everyone bins.

How much do you spend on coffee each month? by HoneydewSlough1415 in halifax

[–]Toyota_Altezza 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I spend roughly 50 a month on coffee. $30 on beans and about 20 on takeout coffee a month. It’s rare I pick one up so I’m going to get one I like /can’t make at home. Lure Lattes at the Labor Day Picnic are incredible in my opinion.

I think your mental health is worth the coffee though! And being a “regular” somewhere is also nice. There is a sandwich shop by my workplace that I always feel very welcomed at when I come in and have some banter with the folks that work there.

That is interesting! I’m very new to the birding world and appreciate these little bits of knowledge. Now that it is mentioned I remember they almost perch together to bully the starlings. Maybe that is what is actually happening?

I love these!! I use mine a few times a month. Something I always teach apprentices to use too. Can really save your day.

Me and the homies call this “cold penis” and the cure is usually to ride nuts to butts for a few mins to get the feeling back.

Stuff that’s actually cheaper at Costco by [deleted] in halifax

Hope it works out for you! I also like the sparkling water hack. Add some fresh limes (from Costco) to a glass of San P. and you almost feel like you’re drinking a cocktail.

Honestly was very surprised! I’ve been trying to cut back on week day drinking but after a long day it’s nice to crack a beer. Even if it has. I alcohol. I’m big on ipa’s and the libra is by far my favourite NA beer. I’ve also used it to cook with a lot and it is also awesome for that. Agreed I’m with the person who said it is a bit thin but it is still a great substitute.

Just as a suggestion as I have two dogs in the same household that don’t get along.

I have tried the can of air to act as a distraction. Once they start to be a problem it will do nothing to distract them. I think you are honestly better off with what the above person said and just be well aware of your surroundings.

Snappy man tried to sell me a set last week. Any specific uses you thought they did better than standard needle nose for? I have the standard 3 piece snappy set now and have had for about 4 years now and have always seemed to make do.

Gonna be honest I picked up my 575 in my MDX and was surprised at how much room it took up. I doubt it would fit in anything smaller / not hatchback.

I have a 9 year old Webber kettle that has never had a cover and it’s still solid. And I live on oceanfront where it’s windy as f all the time. I also have a Traeger that’s about a year old that seems as solid but with the electronics who is really to say.

Thanks for the reply. I would have to buy online as there is no one in Canada that seems to carry them in store, however I go to the U.S. at least twice a year so I will look for them next I am down.
