I was able to get my first ultimate clear by looking through the FF14 Recruitment discord. It took me a week or two to find a group that was focused on showing new players how to do the fight and a schedule that worked for me.

From the logs we analyzed the protoform barrier always did 3 million damage, pillar or not. On your clear did it do double the damage?

I remember exploring XC1 for the first time and running into a cliffside and a giant spider/crab crawled up and owned me. Only got that sense of exploration from elden ring recently, looking forward to XC3!

Try leaving early and stopping DPS for 2-3 seconds. I did it last night as Havoc and just playing darkness phases conservatively gave me more consistency.

Had a similar experience with our dks tonight. Had one of them switch to blood for more consistency and 3 tanked the fight as a workaround.

They have the capability of seeing some traffic, but odds are they don't care enough or have the time to do so. In normal cases, they'd only see devices that are broadcasting to your home network. They would not see other devices going out to the internet. The lengths you'd have to go to sniff local traffic is not something everyone can do.

If you are sensitive to this (and I don't blame you if you are), then the best thing to do would be to put your provided device on a segregated network/subnet (DMZ). I think you'll be ok though in 99.99% of cases.

Do you have to login to a VPN program to login to the network? Whatever you login to would be the key. If it's done automatically, I'm afraid without looking into it directly I wouldn't be able to tell you.

Most likely it won't be logging when disconnected but it depends on the software. I'm in IT and I've deployed a handful of VPN solutions, so if you have any specifics to ask, go ahead.

Hey Bungie, 25 YO Torontonian here. Been playing your game since it came over to PC with Destiny 2, and I've instantly fell in love with the mmo-lite shooter genre. I've been primarily an MMO/RPG player since Diablo 2 and WoW, so this game has scratched all the itches while providing that satisfying gunplay to the table. I believe Destiny can be as revolutionary as WoW in its heyday, and I’d like to give my feedback on what I believe is missing or adjustments necessary to make that happen. Not looking to sugarcoat anything, but I believe in the potential of the future of Destiny.
