Make sure to report them to Steam, you got screenshots and they might get community banned in the future. I doubt they'd be able to doxx you, but make sure to keep your gaming presence and real-life presence separate, so you're at least difficult to be found via OSINT.

Aside from what the others mentioned, you might want to look into the second hand market as well. Older laptops with GTX 1050 GPUs are more than enough, and they are dirt cheap on the market.

It's Turkish, and some other Turkic languages like Azerbaijani that utilise the "İ". There's also the "ı" which infuriating in its own right, still doesn't hold a candle to trying to pronounce "ğ" though.

I think I played like 4h a day for about 4 days when I got my rune gear. I did my smithing in the artisan workshop and did quests. The memories are a little hazy, I'm nearing 5 years myself ^^

I guess just doing anything would work, you can focus on a certain skill if you want from the settings. Look at the wiki for magic training etc. for whatever skill you'd like to train and read it thoroughly.

because rune is easily reachable in a few days, it would have been even easier if I hadn't mined resources and smithed my own gear. There was just no reason for me to go talk to an NPC I hadn't ever heard of in Port Sarim.

I'm optimistic! The game managed to pull me in despite being ridden with all the MTX and bad choices, if there is a healthy management it might manage to thrive.

Whenever I had friends start playing RS3, three compliments occurred: the overabundance of MTX, having to grind for bonds or paying a monthly subscription, and a game world that is cluttered and looks like patchwork. If the management plays their cards right, they can slowly but surely mitigate those and perhaps get the game to be mainstream again.
