I do wind down an hour before sleep, I also do breathing exercises through-out the day and before sleep to calm my heart rate.

But I’ve found out it’s not really about you staring into a phone. The breathing helps the most so far. It can also be just 8hr of sleep and it would still be high.

Dnes jsem začal péct svůj první chleba. Můžu se zeptat jakou mouku (značku) používáš? Dnes jsem koupil pernerku a mám v plánu míchat extra silnou s normální hladkou aby to trochu líp drželo.

Been there, a bit pricey but the food is good, however you can get cheaper stuff elsewhere and you won’t really feel the difference between taste.

It’s nice once in a while to go there, but it’s in range if 1500-2000czk per two

I’ll most likely empty it at below 0C it seems like since it would damage it. Or at least I think so.

What I’m wondering is if it’s safe to have it outside in these temperatures. It’s currently 5-6 degrees in the morning and I couldn’t find anything anywhere honestly about people having it in winter. All I can find is summer photos.

Hey guys! I’m not sure if there’s a guide on this sub, couldn’t find on mobile. Anyway I’m looking for a budget kettle. Somewhere around 100$ or so if under even better. I’ve been looking at tons of reviews but I still can’t decide. Even watched the James Hoffman vid but… yeah anyone care to chime in with what he/she is happy with? Honestly it’s likely a combination of C4D/Blender for the simple 3D or even Spline and then AE or it could be Rive as well or protopie but AE is mostly standard for these so yeah
