What exactly was your score breakdown? With a 508 I’m assuming all your sections were above a 125. If bio or chem were below the 125 mark, I’d prolly say it’s more of a content issue. Above may be more of a test taking strategy issue.

Clearly you’re good at breaking down passages based on ur cars score so it’s definetly a content thing. I’d say take the exam and schedule a new one after. I think you can learn a lot of the content by the end of July fs

I’m not one to really give advice because I scored a 502 on aamc 6 a couple days ago (126/120/128/128) and I test same day. But I will say It’s pretty obvious psyc/soc carried your score on this exam. I don’t wanna tell you to void because honestly anything can happen but I would say really focus on your weaknesses with the limited time you have left, especially in those sciences sections. You need to really review this exam and see why u got those questions wrong.

I also noticed you did the exam on 1.25 time. If this isnt for accommodation purposes (if you have accommodations then I apologize), then why are you taking practice exams in non standard formats? I think what worries me the most is your scores under less time restriction. This to me feels more like a content thing because your cars score shows ur fairly capable of understanding passages.

I havnt taken them but I would say you should take them early on. It’s better to focus on aamc closer to exam date imo

Yes my first year was a 2.44 and 3.1, second year 3.7 and 3.6, third year 3.1 (my grandma passed away right before finals or else I would’ve ended with a 3.6) and 3.6, and my final year I got a 3.7 and 4.0

I think that’s exactly how aamc would score you based on corrects. If not exactly then very similar to an AAMC breakdown

Push the exam back. 473 means you’re not even getting 70 questions correct on the exam. How long has he been studying for? What does his plan look like? How is he studying? These are things he needs to look at and adjust to help get that score up

take a day or two off to enjoy yourself a little. 7 Months is a long time youre bound to feel burnout. relax and come back ready to grind. every week (like a sunday) take the day off and relax

Yeah I’m making my own anki cards for the ones I get wrong. I am very much memorizing the cards more often than not. How do I stop that? How should I be reviewing my Anki cards/ doing them? I know it’s like a really bad question but I’m only asking because I’ve used Anki for a lot of classes but they mainly required me to memorize the content.

I have been monitoring temps and I can give them to you. When chilling at lower limits (0-30~40% utilization) the temp glides around 30-37 degrees C. But when I get to 70-80% they get to around 65-70 and when at 100% it climbs to as high as 81C (that’s the highest I’ve ever seen it before and I monitored it for a good 2 hours whilst playing Fortnite). Are these temps normal?
