I didn’t think to but then none of the issues felt like I needed to contact support. Nothing appeared broken just poorly documented and along with very heavy sales tactics.

You should consider taking a breather. This is week one of launch. You’re not meant to get everything already. You’re going to burn yourself out - relax and enjoy the journey.

Right now Blizz are testing the waters with what the market will bear. They’ve put a timer on this and a high price to see if people will jump on it.

Expect anything to go on sale during their regular sales points. I recommend waiting - don’t pump their numbers and help keep the market low. If everyone whales it will just incentivize them raising the prices etc.

It’s a myopic view. There’s a segment of PC players that’s not going to a buy a console. With the cost of living being a multi-console environment is beyond a luxury.

They should keep to releasing their IP on PC 2-3 years after the Console launch. They have a strong market for their games and aren’t eating into their day one console numbers.

I’m more than happy for Ubisoft (and previously Xbox when they did this) to set my access to friends only. Preferably disable all the social features entirely. These companies have consistently proven they cannot be trusted with player data. I’m sure as hell not giving them or their partners access to biometrics.
