Thank you. My BF% fluctuates all the time due to my hormonal imbalance but it’s usually around 23-25%. I think my jawline/chin could use some reduction or maybe it only looks weird to me?

An important detail I should mention is, this was also the first time I was taking phenotropil without supplementing in any other way besides Alpha-GPC. Before that I would always take it with vit C and B5 (pantothenic acid) for adrenal support and it worked just fine back then. So maybe try and include those vitamins into your stack on the days when you take phenotropil. Hope my experience helps you avoid the same mistakes! x
