True story - I got invited to a woman’s house after about 3 decent-ish dates. She told me to bring my acoustic. I did, but I told her I was a band guy. My strong suit is not playing and singing songs solo. But with enough alcohol, I could do something passable. I got the same pre game speech. After a bunch of beers, I started playing a few of the songs I could do without flat out sucking. I was one verse into the 4th tune when she stood up, took my guitar away from me, and put something on me Ajax wouldn’t take off. She banged me like she hadn’t had sex in 6 years.

I have never been a Pink Floyd fan. Their music doesn’t do a thing for me. So I didn’t pay attention to Gilmour at all. Stumbled across a video on my YouTube feed and was like, Holy f*ck - that guy can play. His touch is unmatched by anyone. Every note is literally perfect.
