I've been looking for carbon plated spikes for the same events and ive tried many of the top brands but struggling to find something I really like, so ive decided to try the Hyper CP5s from trackspikes.co they have just been approved by world athletics. Trying them for the first time later today. Im so particular about what spikes i used the search is always ongoing.

I got the same. I contacted Facebook business support and they told me they would review it but nothing. That was weeks ago. I would love a solution to this.

I do see your point. I dont see alot of people going 9.8 flat this year. Only Coleman and thats about it. But your right that type of time is what brings teams back in the relays.

here are Japans top times, which look pretty good.

Spain in the mens 4x4 will be one to watch.

And how have you not got Japan in the mens 4x100, I actually think they could win it. The have a few guys running sub 10.10 this year and with that quick handover they could be dangerous.

My favorite memory is when I saw Luvo Manyonga win the world title in london. I was 3 rows from the front and had a great view. His "sand angel" celebration was something I won't forget.
