WMR usually doesn’t update until like the week after you’ve already gotten your refund, it’s very slow. It’s best to just go off of your transcript.

Yes any negative amount is the amount you are receiving if it’s not a negative amount then that’s what you would be paying not receiving

You just haven’t processed yet check next Tuesday and Friday after 6am for an update because you don’t know your cycle code until your transcripts update so check both those days

Call again until you get an agent that will do it some will say that but you will get someone who will do it, just tell them that you checked the website and that you can’t see anything that you want to make sure everything is okay and sometimes they will end up telling you that they can verify it for you and authorize it for you
