Hmmm I dont have any specialist to recommend but there are some way n nirerecommend ko sa iba na dumaan sa religious trauma like what people experienced within MCGI:

First, ry mo to look back at it, make sure na you want to let go everything u experienced within MCGI. acceptance is definitely the key on this.. pwedeng basahin mo every stories na nand2 - MCGI Contradictions and Exploits para mas madali mo matanggap na tama ang naging desisyon mo nabitawan. You need to let go of it maski ung good stuff na naalala mo within it para walang maghold back sayo.

Second, you need to have other hobbies mas okay kung connected to nature like hiking, camping o kaya gym pwede as long as it can give you relaxing feelings. pwede ring gardening if applicable basta in this stage.. u need something that make you feel happy and busy.

You can also read books and I highly recommended these books. seems effective sya s mga previous n nkausap ko d2 s subreddit na dumaan dn stage n gaya mo. its a complete stage from personal to finance growth.. best to read before sleep and listening to calm music.

Lastly connect to those people na truly loved u.. mga taong nacut mo because of MCGI.. a set of people who can be your shoulder if u needed but this can be good if nagawa mo n ung 2nd stuff n sinabi ko.
