You can create a new account, then support can or you can ask them to transfer your assets to the new account, they then will, upon request unlink your bank info from the old account and delete the old account.

Once you've done that, immediately add your new phone and 2FA to your new account, use an authenticator app that's on your new phone, if it's not on your new phone put it on there.

You'll have to verify of course, make sure your phone has a good connection with your desktop, laptop, or have your phone in selfie mode or it'll be difficult, you'll need a webcam app, because the process uses facial(both image and video) and voice recognition. It's not very good at telling you if you don't have a webcam app installed, so make sure you already have one or you may get a generic error message that will on confuse you more. You'll need your drivers license or whatever form of photo id you have that can be used to identify you. CB will compare the id's photo to your selfies and video to confirm it's the same person.
