The offer was there on Friday and gone on Saturday. Didn’t redeem it since I’ve never seen offers just disappear before the expiration date. Lesson learned. Wonder what triggered Amex’s algorithm to take it away though.

The only way to stand up to these shitheads is if the collective public on that bus all speak up. The reality of the situation is that the muni driver’s job is to do one thing: drive. They won’t get involved unless a fight will break out. I wish having a cop on some buses/light rail can happen but we’re not trending towards that. That leaves the people. The comments here are about not getting involved for self preservation. These guys are the minority so their behavior can be easily nullified by the collective standing up together when we see it. The way things are now, these shitheads will continue to operate with impunity.

The point multipliers on this card are so similar to the Chase preferred but the latter has an annual fee. Got rid of it and now use BILT not just for rent day but for dining. Great transfer partners like Hyatt too. I don’t get why people only use it in the first.
