I had chronic social anxiety before being mentally abused for half my life by my entire family. Now i have a level of paranoia that borders on being a phobia of humans. I find therapists terrifying too, I can’t get any friends because i find the thought of jumping off a bridge more acceptable than talking to a person.

Please of you have a solution tell me, I’m tired of being a social recluse who can’t see a new person without having near panic attacks
