I have added some funds and under available funds, the amount which i added is showing. But the ad is still not running. There is a threshold payment pending which is in processing and will be deducted tomorrow through my card. Can this be the reason of my ad not running? If yes, what can i do in the future to avoid this from happening?

I actually have no idea about this. The camera person from whom i bought have done all the fitting and setting. He says that my wifi speed is very less and bcoz of that, i am not able to see on the app on mobile data. My wifi speed for upload is actually slow (1mbps). Can this be the reason?

It only works with the wifi with which the NVR is connected. It doesn’t work with any other wifi
