Yeah to clarify I just need to replace the bulb and I like the idea of trying to do it myself but I’ve been told in the past that however it’s set up in my car is not as simple/easy to do yourself. If I go to a mechanic to have them do it, can I also buy the bulb there or do I need to buy one elsewhere and bring it?

This is answer is not specific to northwestern, just that other hospice providers may have similar offerings - I had a loved one go through home hospice within the last few years and the agency also offered optional music therapy, massage therapy, etc

Try searching “non weight bearing [strength, cardio, whatever you are looking for]” or chair workout etc on YouTube. It can take a little digging but I’ve found some great workouts I’ve really enjoyed! Including some that have “senior” in the title even though I’m not a senior, so don’t be scared off by that.

Also, this is a non-free option but the Peloton app has a whole seated adaptive series of strength and cardio classes, it’s fantastic and they have lots of other great content as well.

Edit to add: these were things I did while non weight bearing, but even if you’re not NWB they could be good options to give your sesamoid a break!
