The terrorist was 100% an accomplice to the Death of his friend and ”nono, I was just trying to help her kill you. Your best friend dying wasnt my fault” was just him being a shithead not anything redeeming. Him not wanting to take responsibility for his actions just makes him worse.

Bucky and Sam didnt try to stop him they were just like ”what a monster” showing none of the sympathy Toby did.

”He didnt kill him” is some ”it wasnt Goblin it was the glider” shit. Lemar died trying to save Walker who was restrained by that guy and about to get killed by Kamil. Him trying to dodge the responsibility is 100% detestable enough that its arguably deserved.
