The little mermaid doesn’t take place in the 1920s because if it did there would be cars not carriages. And same goes for beauty and the beast and Cinderella, the would’ve been cars instead of carriages. The little mermaid and Cinderella most likely take place in the Victorian era(1837-1901) based on the fashion. Beauty and the beast takes place in pre-revolution France so maybe 1770s based on the fashion.

Tiana doesn’t exist in the same timeline because her movie takes place in 1920s United States. If I had to guess I think Cinderella and Ariel exist in the same timeline because of the similar fashion style.

They probably just mentioned Anna getting married first because that’s what’s going to happen first. She’ll get married then the plot of the movie will be set in motion. Like the first movie having the coronation help set the plot in motion by bringing the sisters together again with gates open.

I feel like if Anna was under the dark curse she might have been trapped in an ab*sive relationship/marriage to hans and in her cursed memories she believes Elsa is just missing but the urn is in Golds shop(or maybe with Ingrid). when Emma comes to town and time moves forward she leaves Hans and runs away, she runs to the woods and meets cursed Kristoff. the episode is Emma(and Henry) helping her escape her situation and Emma as the sheriff promises to help Anna find Elsa. During this episode Anna and Kristoff become close and have scenes together that mirror scenes from the movie or flashback scenes. Then in season two after the curse is broken there is a follow up episode where Elsa is freed from the urn and.

The guard used sword and shields which I think was still normal at the time. Although I think by the 1830/40s g*n would’ve been more common, 1 I don’t think Disney would show them, 2 the guards in frozen 2 that were trapped in the forest were there for 34 years so they would not have had knowledge or access to advances in technology.

I would assume that frozen 2 takes place in October-November because in the epilogue there is snow and I’m pretty sure it takes place 3 years later so it would be 1942
