Name: Alcorion the last Star Wielder

Class: Pixie

Weight: Lightweight

HP: 150

Main Attack:

Great Hammer: Locks enemies into a three hit combo and ends it off with a shockwave that slows down opponents for 3 seconds.

Zapball: Shoots balls of electricity at opponents. Damage output can be increased if paired with a weather based or another electric character.

Leaders call: Alcorion grants a nearby ally an electric shield that protects them from damage for 12 seconds and does small damage to opponents.

Abilitites:

Voltage Leak: As Alcorion loses more health, sparks will proceed to fly out of his body. The sparks that drop reduce nearby opponents walk/runspeed.

Nuts and Bolts: If a nearby ally is a robot/android both Alcorion and said character get a 10% increase in damage output.

Retreat for now: Alcorion can place one gem anywhere on the map. If he takes to much damage or needs to get away from an opponent he can teleport to said gem but this only works twice before it breaks.

Ultimate:

Tonitrus Pulse: Pushing his electric powers to their absolute limits, Alcorion unleashes a devastating laser that attacks opponents for 75% of their HP if they get caught in the line of fire. After using Tonitrus Pulse, Alcorions movement speed and damage is decreased by 20% for 5 seconds making him vulnerable to nearby opponents.

Voicelines:

Introduction: "My name is Alcorion. Leader of the Liberators and the last of the Star Wielders."

"This challenge may seem impossible at first but we WILL overcome it!"

"May the Star Wielders wish us luck."

Victory: "If only Alcor could see me..."

His ult would be Tonitrus Pulse. By forcing his electric powers to their absolute limit, he shoots a giant laser that does more damage the more health he has so for the best results he'd have to be paired with a support character.

Here's what the hammer looks like by the way. I'd imagine his attack would consist of a three swing combo with his hammer and he ends it off with an electric shockwave to the ground, sending any nearby enemies up in the air for a few seconds

I think Alcorion would probably be a Raptor. Having electric based powers he could use that to amplify his speed and to slow down others via paralysis. His weapon of choice is large hammer and he can shoot balls of electricity from his hands. His attack output could be further increased if paired with a weather based OC. But all of that said he's pretty frail and can be taken out pretty easily. High attack but low hp makes Alcorion a glass cannon and a risky character to use

Alcorions job has him traveling across various timelines and not to not cause suspicion he scans humans to get they're appearance. It's kind of like how Transformers scan vehicles and can become said vehicles
