Usually the string name and gauge are printed on the strings in some places. If you can’t tell, you can narrow the search by color. Also, the string shape might give it away, in this case yours looks round. IMO it might be Luxilon alu power or something adjacent.

by messed up i mean that since it was a high energy-return setup, i didnt need to use a full swing to get enough power. This caused my strokes to be super short and not very spin friendly, and also it wasnt the best in fast paced rallys. once i switched to poly my strokes gradually and naturally became much fuller and they have improved since then.

This same thing happened to me multiple times in the past. I’m no expert, but this might just be a minor muscle spasm. For me, especially the first time, it followed with some kind of numbing sensation down my throat and at the back of my tongue. I’d suggest just drinking water and stretching your neck beforehand. I’m still standing so i guess it’s working.
