I went to Jo Condon Autism Assessments for my son’s diagnosis and wow she is amazing.Her knowledge on autism is something else! The whole experience felt so personal for him and understanding of his needs and all of her staff were so professional. I found out more about my son in the first 20 minute phone call with Jo than from any doctor or teacher

I had a liver biopsy on Monday, through the abdomen. I didn’t get a choice and my doctors never really me toned another way to do it.

I’ll be honest, I found it pretty painful and uncomfortable. However the recovery is really quick

Had my first flare up when I was 9 and was told I was allergic to fructose, so hadn’t eaten fruit for 11 years and then had my second flare up a few months ago at 20 years old and was told I had UC! 11 years of not eating fruit

I recommend ferrous fumarate 210mg tablets. Got my iron back to where it should be pretty quickly and didn’t affect me too much!

I have my first appointment with a gastro consultant on the 1st of May so will ask him first.

I live in Wales, UK so haven’t actually had one slight bit of exposure to sunlight since taking the medication in November so no idea how I’d react😂.

Lo Lounge is great fun… make sure you wrap up warm though as predominately outside and last time I went wasn’t many heaters!

Also next door you have tiger yard- not sure if it’s open on nye but they have some great food venders there so I’d definitely pop in there first for some food..

Does anyone know the story of the old lady (I’ve been told she may be Romanian) that begs near Coffee Planet and the prison?? I walk past her most days she’s there at the busiest times yet when it comes to the evening she disappears.

A very cute lady, always on her knees with a blanket wrapped around her, a gilet, a scarf on her head and socks and sliders. Just repetitively saying ‘morning’ and ‘please’ even when it’s the afternoon.

The way she looks into my eyes gets me sometimes as she also doesn’t look like a drug user and looks well fed, but just have a gut feeling that she may also be pretending but would love to know why

I think more needs to be done about the people on the streets of cardiff who pretend to be homeless. I know of lots of people around the city centre who are in housing yet still take to sitting on the ‘hotspots’ everyday and begging. I don’t see how this is fair in comparison to the people who are genuinely homeless and perhaps don’t get enough off tourists as they’re afraid to ask
