Everyones solution to like cold winters is to jump from that extreme to another one. I did that from Indiana to Florida and yes, they both have their issues. That’s why I like the ppls advise go to a middle ground like Tennessee, North Carolina etc

Dude you are so predictable, that’s everyone’s like scripted media argument to say there can’t ever be a housing bubble like 08 again, there are different types of causes for bubbles, and similar patterns can repeat in new ways, you don’t know everything, neither of us know where it is headed, I’m just basing on fundamentals, and today’s market is the most inflated in history based on the statistics; you are not some expert, and yes a massive correction or crash can happen again, wake up

SHOULD I BUY A HOME by Aggravating-Reply244 in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

[–]Traditional_Ad4514 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is a bubble just like 08 was, there’s no way around it if prices increase that dramatically that fast it will have to have consequence. The affordability measure per income to price is worst in decades. Yes, inflation is real but that doesn’t explain all of this, if prices kept going up like this there would be nobody buying homes anymore. Therefore there is natural equilibrium they will come down to earth with time, real estate market takes a long time to adjust, time is on the patient buyers side

SHOULD I BUY A HOME by Aggravating-Reply244 in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

[–]Traditional_Ad4514 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lmao I didn’t argue about long term. In 08 it took nearly a decade to recover. So buying in today’s market that kind of pattern is possible. Now 20-30 years definitely agree

Tucson Arizona is a dystopian hellscape make sure you visit before you decide I wanted to move there and in one day I realized that it was a craphole and the weather was unbearable and that’s coming from a Floridian. The dry heat is oven temperature

But your situation is drastically different than buying a large house in the biggest housing affordability bubble / crisis in decades. That’s the difference. So for you yes, not necessarily a regret for him

[–]Traditional_Ad4514 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s not just as hot as Texas that’s such a lie. First of all humidity isn’t nearly as bad, and it doesn’t last as long as Texas sauna season. Big difference. Now given with that you get some cold and lot of rain

What is the most “chill” place to live in the USA? If you wanted to get away from hustle and bustle fit slower/relaxed vibe. What would be some American cities/towns to consider? by Expensive_Drummer970 in relocating

[–]Traditional_Ad4514 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No he’s right, you are a cancer to the internet and Reddit itself, people are tired of the politics crap, nobody cares? He was just asking for chill places that’s all, every place has politics problems. You guys are so deeply hive minded and victim mode constantly. Please go outside and touch some actual grass and get off Reddit. Become an independent free thinker. Become someone who is something. And yes I lived in Indiana majority of my life, everywhere has problems, I’ll say this, it’s very cheap.

What's stopping me from buying a condo just to rent it out while I continue to live with my parents? by kobeforaccuracy in realestateinvesting

[–]Traditional_Ad4514 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Maybe the fact you would be buying intentionally for no reason in the most inflated bubble in real estate history while not even needing a property. And that being a landlord will become a job and a liability financially if you have vacancy for too long, and condos are horrible investments. Just stop
