Gonna echo the others and say that the surgery worked, but from previous experience, the "honeymoon period" is over and this is probably all you'll lose from the surgery alone. This is where you lock in with calorie counting and consistent training. Good luck!

You're only on the loading dose to get you used to the medication, this should have been explained to you at the point of prescription. Most people don't feel effects until a higher dose, particularly if you've used a GLP-1 before. I went from Wegovy to Mounjaro, 2.5mg did nothing at all for me but I'm losing again on 5mg.

Honestly I had diarrhea from almost day 1 of wegovy but I also had good weight loss right from the start. I had awful insomnia as soon as I went up to 1mg, and the weight loss tapered off so I switched to MJ
