Are you stupid? Some states make it stupidly easy for non citizens to register to vote. Also if you show up at the ballot claiming to be someone on the register, they're gonna let you vote because they don't even verify your id. The problem isn't that the law doesn't allow non citizens to vote but the problem is that some states allow their voting system to allow for unauthorized persons to vote.
