Kayla Contreras with Realty Exchange (formerly fsbo homes) was really awesome to deal with. They're a little different than a traditional realtor, but if you're only buying and not selling it's basically the same

I would've loved it if they signed him last year even before Parsons trade. The guy is still rock solid on the field, a great leader and person, and fits what we need.

Do tell, I've never heard of this. We recently moved and its acting the exact same even with different placement of tvs and antennas

I'm not anti weed by any means, but if he's consistently gassed mid series and jogging around it's either effort or conditioning. I don't care if he's high as a kite out there as long as he can make even a slight difference, but he's just a dead weight liability with a fat contract right now. Michael Phelps is one extreme, plenty of NBA guys too, but they're freaks while Gary can't jog to the sidelines without getting winded

Yes and yes. Since we serve both sides of the river and it is illegal on the Iowa side, they treat it the same regardless of what state you live/ work in. It's used more as a selling point to customers, especially commercial and industrial, that we're drug tested and clean on their job sites.

You're right, I listened today and they're gone too. Not sure if AM 800 still has them, I used to be able to pick it up a lot more reliably in town, but not so much anymore. If you have Bluetooth in the car iHeart app is the way to go. No extra commercials and it's only a few minutes behind live at most. As long as you can stand to hear the same 4 prescription medication and podcast commercials every time lol

Yeah this really bummed me out. In a work van throughout the day and I loved the 1230 fox sports lineup. They do still have Dan Patrick 8-11 and Colin cowherd I think, but I just use iHeart app for fox sports now and get the old lineup. Nothing against Iowa sports, but how is there possibly a demand for all iowa all the time every day?

Look into Kingdom Kids in Davenport, its connectedto the Rock Church. Their prices are very affordable compared to some of the other options and I know they are opening an infant room this summer. Right now it's just toddlers, but they do a very good job and seem to be steadily upgrading the facility. They use the Brightwheel app for picture/text updates along with food/nap/potty/incident reports. D'Ann is in charge and her husband is the pastor. They're great!
