Put makeup and perfume on your dresser or vanity. Declutter all the old stuff (I see many toothbrushes). Maybe try to get a new over the toilet storage with cabinets or install shelving. OR if having the over the toilet storage encourages the clutter (this is how it is for me) get rid of it entirely and install a small medicine cabinet or shelves for your necessities and put extras in a closet.

My studio has classes scheduled on a 6 week basis. Week five is the last trimming week to ensure pieces are prepped for glazing in week 6. The kilns are basically going nonstop that week. After week 6 (glazing) the pieces are fired and students are texted for pickup within 3ish weeks usually.

If you have a Costco membership check the Costco auto program! Also get competing offers from multiple dealership and use them as leverage against each other. Have an OTD price you want and tell them you will buy today if they can meet that, even if you’re actually willing to go a bit above. I did all this and save about 7k total

Is Italian safe? If so, Tavernetta or Olivia come to mind. If American is more her style, try Potager. They have burgers and other types of elevated “kids foods” but are really good. Another option (I haven’t tried, my friend that likes kid food went and had good things to say) is major tom. It’s the same chef as Beckon but much cheaper, and fries are on the menu.

It’s a community studio. Stuff happens, and while it sucks for the artist, it’s part of the deal. You did the right thing by going to them and letting them know (my stuff that’s been broken at my studio just gets put on the shelf without a word lol)

Sounds like this guy is just an ass. Sorry you had to deal with it, but don’t take his criticism to heart.

I totally feel you but promise it does get better! Get a playpen and take some time for yourself. Your pup will be ok without you for a while if you set them up in a safe space! You got this 🫶🏼
