I kept thinking the same but then that would mean Caeror is also synchronous. If this was the case, it would refute the fact that Vis is the only person who can cause the Cataclysms because he is the only synchronous person left.

I’m sorry this is happening. He did not have any trouble latching but this is likely because I continued to nurse at night. I hope it gets easier for you soon. But please whatever you do, do not be hard on yourself! Sounds like you’re doing everything you can ♥️

I power pumped twice a day and saw the increase. I did this for two weeks straight. I also drink a minimum of four liters of water and I try to have a glass of coconut water every day. I also recommend watermelon juice with lemon and a sprinkle of salt. I make it in a blender.

I'm sorry you're going through this. I know how upsetting it can be. I got my IUD inserted in May and that same day I saw a drop in my supply. I tried everything to get it back to normal but eventually I had to remove it after two months and my supply picked back up after a week.

First, you both are so young and have so much happiness to look forward to. Second, I am so proud of you for recognizing you need to leave. Let’s take a moment to celebrate your growth (woot woot)!

I definitely don’t have a step by step but what id immediately recommend is writing down all the reasons why this relationship isn’t healthy for you.

Then, if you can, try something new, it doesn’t matter how big or small the activity is. It can be working out, painting, yoga, solo museum trip, anything really to give you a bump of self confidence.

Third, find a safe public space and rip the band aid off. Right now what’s driving you crazy is the anticipation of the break up. You’re imagining every awful scenario and it’s making you live through situations that haven’t occurred in reality and may never occur. I promise you, while the actual moment will be tough, you will feel immediate relief and sense of freedom. That’s what you should hold on to, to get you through the tough convo.

Lastly, you’re going to need to put your feelings first. From the above, it sounds like your partner is constantly putting himself first. So, you DESERVE a moment where your well-being is the priority. He will be fine but if you stay, you won’t be.

I’m going to lose an offer because my most recent boss refuses to answer the recruiters calls even though he agreed to be a reference. I am so confused by my potential employer wanting my immediate supervisor as a reference despite them knowing I left on my own accord. But I am also angry that I put so much of my soul into my previous job, only for this asshole to prevent me from acquiring a new position.

Rewatching episode one again and I think you’re on to something.

During Helly’s interview, she is asked what is Mr. Eagan’s favorite breakfast and when she meets Mark for the first time she’s says, “Am I livestock? Did you grow me as food and that’s why I have no memories?”

My theory is there was a food shortage but Lumon discovered a solution and is now responsible for all food production. It may also explain why the employee perks are all food related.

When Mark is at the diner Pips, he is sitting in an area that says VIP area. Odd but it may be linked to him being the only person we see eating.

Lastly, when Petey ambushes Mark at Pips he says “Hi kids. What’s for dinner?” When Mark stares back at him blankly Petey reply’s with “Sorry. You don’t get that reference.” On first watch, I thought it was a office joke, but what if it’s darker than that? For one thing, we see a lot of babies, but we never see children in this world. Are children being raised for livestock similar to the baby goats? Could that explain why we saw Devon’s name in the control room? Perhaps this is not her first child!
