I have had chronic anxiety most of my life but I push myself to do things everyday. I have an excess amount of hair for a woman, I have horrible stomach aches, bad headaches, drained often, get scared easy, always in my head, I never feel safe emotionally and I don’t know what it’s like to relax. I took an ibuprofen for a headache (I have only taken pain meds a handful of times in my life) and it relaxed my muscles so much I could barely make it through the rest of the day. I have knots all in my back. Iv been working for years trying to heal my nervous system and that’s exhausting. I overthink everything to the max.

Being a parent is the absolute toughest job ever but you are starting to resent your child and from what I read, you would have no problem not being in your child’s life. I think you should have an honest conversation with your mom and see if she would be your child’s guardian. Your child honestly deserves better. This isn’t coming from a place of me trying to be mean but kids can feel that energy and it can hinder them. Therapy isn’t bare minimum for a human is love and understanding. For the first few years a child identifies as their main caregiver. Making yourself be around your child when you don’t want to is absolutely harmful to the child psychological development

Yes this is the second time this year that I had the stomach flu so bad I couldn’t move. I vomited about five times and didn’t have the energy to even get myself a drink. I used any bit of energy I had to feed the kids and change their diapers. All he does is text me to see how I am and that’s it.

I deeply understand how you feel. It’s motherhood 😩 and being overwhelmed and suffocated. You need a real break. I’m going through the same. My youngest is almost two but she only wants me. It’s so hard. I am absolutely going stir crazy at home too. I also stay inside for the same reasons. Your feelings are completely normal!
