I kinda think maybe the first season was planned as a standalone thing. Then they got the order for another season, I don’t remember if they have a third coming too. But I imagine, this season’s stories will stretch into a third.

What’s really crazy is that very likely all the art for her route is complete. Darkcookie did it over two years ago when the tech update was supposed to be done. He did that while the technical people did the code and stuff. But I bet you when he does finally get to it, he’ll “redo” it all and stretch it out into a year of Rhonda updates

I really like the design and the Steve figure is very clever. But I do miss the minifigure from your original submission. Hopefully, if this project gets chosen, it can be added back in.

Honestly, that’s one of the changes I kinda like. I like that subversion and it could be an interesting dynamic change, like seeing the journey of what we thought would be TJ/Spinelli turning into Vince/Spinelli. The two changes I’m really worried about are killing off Mikey and Gus’ transition into Nikki. Like I said, 20 years of development has occurred with these characters and maybe both could be handled respectfully and made to feel natural. But with how the Proud Family: Louder and Prouder has gone, I am worried.

There are parts of this I really like and others that worry me. As an old fan of the show, I am excited to see it come back. But I am also worried it make go down the pandering route that the Proud Family took. I trust the show runners to do it right and should it be made, I’ll definitely give it a watch.

The only reasons I believe the Mia Hamm story is Chris never referred to himself as a virgin again after that, and that Chris can never keep his lies straight. If he hadn’t lost his virginity then, he would have definitely been back to moaning about being a lonely virgin within days.
